Group Status: Active
The National Alliance was once the largest neo-Nazi group in the United States, before it imploded in mismanagement and factional fighting following the death of its founder, William Pierce. Today, despite attempts to revive it, it remains a tiny group that engages in little activity. The National Alliance's logo (also used by some offshoot groups) consists of a life rune inside a laurel wreath. Because of the group's collapse, the logo is not often seen anymore, although the graphic is sometimes used by other white supremacists as a more general white supremacist image.
